Saskatchewan Quits Challenge

  1. Ask the Experts: Is it your time to quit smoking?  Experts with backgrounds in pharmacy, and respirology, along with ambassadors with lived experience share their knowledge and answer questions you may have about your quit journey.
  2. Guided Meditation: Kristen Antunes developed a free, guided, meditation specifically for members of Saskatchewan Quits! It is 20 minutes long and might help you if you're feeling stressed, unfocused, or just need to settle your mind and body.
  3. Redefining Wellness: A four-part series with each session focusing on a unique aspect of physical and mental wellness. Jana Danielson, the founder of Lead Pilates & Fitness Centre in Saskatoon, SK., designed this series specifically for the Sask Quits community.
